Hotel Information

MCI has reserved a large number of hotel rooms indifferent price categories. Since Geneva attracts many tourists, please reserve your room no later than 15 July 2009. As hotel accommodation is subject to availability, requests received after this date will not be guaranteed. Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. Availability of rooms in each category is limited.
Please book before 30 July 2009 in order to be offered the best choice of hotels.

Reservation and Payments
Only guaranteed reservations will be accepted. To guarantee your reservation a deposit covering one night is required to be paid to MCI Suisse SA either by bank transfer or by credit card (the pre-paid amount will be deducted from the final bill when paid by the participant at the hotel).

From 30 July 2009, only payments made by credit card will be accepted.
Group reservations (from 10 rooms) will be handled by MCI Suisse SA with separate contracts. Please contact MCI for further information.

Change and Cancellation of Hotel Booking
All changes must be sent to MCI Suisse SA in writing (email or fax). Please do not contact the hotel directly.
In case of cancellation up to 30 July 2009, deposits will be refunded less CHF 100.-- for administrative costs. After this date, deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances. In case of late cancellations (after 30 July 2009), rooms cancelled, cancelled nights or no show, 1st night stay will be retained and we reserve the right to charge the full stay if the hotel room can not be re-sold.
A modification handling fee of CHF 50.-- per room will be charged for every change received after 30 July 2009.

Check-in/Check-out Time
Hotel check-in time is 15:00 or later. If you are arriving after 18:00, please notify MCI in advance. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Payment of registration, hotel deposit, social events and excursions may be made by:

• All costs have to be borne by the ordering customer and "free of charge for the receiver account" on all payments
• Payment by personal cheques cannot be accepted
