Registration Procedure
Registration and accommodation reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt by the Congress Organizers of the completed registration form and payment.
All the delegates must show such confirmation when reporting to the Congress Registration Desk. Online registration is available on this website

Registration fees must be paid in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Payment can be made by credit cards or bank transfer.

Registration Cancellation Conditions
1. The Congress Organizers will confirm your registration once your payment has been received and processed
2. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the Congress Organizer by fax: + 41 (0)22 33 99 631 or email: fiata2009@mci-group.com
3. For cancellation of full booking received prior to July 30, 2009, the refund is 50% (less applicable bank charges). No refund will be made after August 1, 2009
4. All refunds (if applicable) will be made after the congress only

Social Events and Excursions
Cancellations can be made without charge until July 30, 2009 less administration cost of CHF 50.-- provided that your cancellation is received in writing. After this date, no refund is possible.
MCI reserves the right to cancel or modify the excursion programme if the minimum participation is not reached or due to factors beyond the control of the organizers.

FIATA will not accept any liability for any losses and/or damages participants may suffer on account of alteration or cancellation for any reason including ill health. Participants are advised to arrange adequate personal travel and health insurance.
